Your Player Fee is due now. All major credit/debit cards or PayPal are accepted. NOTE: FINAL PAYMENT is DUE BEFORE DEC 6th 2024. Since we are seeking business sponsorships this year to help reduce costs, we are unsure of final fee. We are estimating between $200 – $500 for a remaining balance, for a season total of $450-$850, depending on sponsorships collected. If you require special payment arrangements please contact us, then register and select “payment arrangements” as payment option.

No refunds will be given, after Nov 24th 2024. All players must be paid in full by Dec 6th 2024, or they will not be permitted to attend practice or any tournaments, NO EXCEPTIONS. I agree to complete all necessary JVA and USAV forms that will be sent at a later time BEFORE my player practices or plays. I will respect the coaches decisions, and I will NOT approach coaches at practice or tournaments regarding playing time, game decisions, position decisions etc. I also agree I will wait 48 hrs before contacting coaches regarding ANY Non-Emergency concerns. Failure to adhere to the terms may results in suspension of player, and/or outright release, no refunds will be given if a player is released.

Team Communications

We will user Remind to communicate with the club overall, and each team will have it’s own remind group as well. Both Club directors and Coaches will send important information via Remind, so please make sure you have it setup. You can download the Remind App in Google Play or the App Store.
